Reservation Policy

We attempt to meet your needs by our reservation service.  If possible, please visit our website, www.waterwayscampground.com , to review information and campsite layout before contacting us.

You may request reservations using the website or by telephone.  Based on your needs, we will confirm the reservation details via e-mail or telephone.  A deposit is required on all reservations.  The balance is due upon arrival.  Fees are based on 4-person occupancy.  A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per site.

Additional persons (up to a maximum of 8 persons total) will be charged at $5.00 per person per night.  Over 4 persons and/or additional units (tents, vans, cars) must be approved in advance.  Occasional overnight guests MUST be registered at the office.

Reservations for holidays require a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Check in time is 1:00 pm or later.  Please advise us if you will be later than 7:00 pm.

Check out time is 12:00 pm or earlier. Extended check out time must be approved in advance.


Reservations Cancellation Policy

In order to plan fairly and effectively, cancellations require the following advance notices:

 Depends on type of change.

An example of a three-day notice would be:  if you are scheduled to arrive on a Friday, you would have to cancel by telephone with the office by noon on Tuesday.

If your cancellation complies with the required advance notice, your deposit will be refunded less $10 processing fee for each credit card used.  Any late charges will be charged to your card.
